Welcome to Desert Harmony Resort. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and facilities. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Reservations and Cancellations

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made 24 hrs prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
    • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
  3. Amendments:

    • Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes.

Check-In and Check-Out

  1. Check-In:

    • Check-in time is at 12 p.m. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    • A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
  2. Check-Out:

    • Check-out time is 10 a.m. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment

  1. Payment Methods:

    • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other methods as specified at the time of booking.
  2. Taxes and Fees:

    • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and service fees, unless otherwise stated.

Guest Responsibilities

  1. Conduct:

    • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to other guests or staff may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
  2. Damage:

    • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.
  3. No Smoking:

    • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort. Designated smoking areas are provided. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.
  4. Pets:

    • Pets are not allowed unless specifically stated in the booking details. Additional charges and restrictions may apply for pet-friendly accommodations.

Resort Services and Facilities

  1. Amenities:

    • Use of resort amenities and facilities is included in your stay. Some services may incur additional charges.
  2. Health and Safety:

    • Guests must adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines while on the property. This includes compliance with any COVID-19 related protocols in place at the time of your stay.

Liability

  1. Personal Belongings:

    • The resort is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings. Secure storage options are available upon request.
  2. Injury or Illness:

    • The resort is not liable for any injury or illness incurred during your stay, except as required by law. Guests are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Desert Harmony Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indian Law.
