Booking and Reservation

  1. Reservation Confirmation:

    • Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified during booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you detailing your reservation.
  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made 24 hrs or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
    • No-shows and early departures will be charged the full booking amount.
  3. Modification of Reservations:

    • Changes to your reservation, including amendments to dates or room types, are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Refund Process

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy and the method of payment used for the booking.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days after approval.
  2. Non-Refundable Bookings:

    • Some promotional rates, special offers, or non-refundable bookings may not be eligible for refunds. Please check the terms and conditions of your booking.
