Desert Safari in Jaisalmer

Camel safari with cultural program

In this package, guests are picked up at 2 PM from Desert Harmony Resort Registered Office near Mali Para, ICICI Bank ATM, or from our registered hotel partners or their hotel. This camel safari package offers an opportunity to explore the desert and experience Rajasthani folk dance and music. First, visit Kuldhara, a 200-year-old ghost village with eerie history and mysticism. After sightseeing, proceed to our campsite for a traditional Rajasthani welcome. Enjoy an exciting 30-minute jeep safari on the sand dunes, followed by a camel ride to the sunset point to witness a beautiful desert sunset. Upon returning to the camp, enjoy chai (tea) and snacks, along with a live cultural program featuring Rajasthani folk dance and music, including the captivating Kalbelia dance. A vegetarian buffet dinner will be served at the camp. After dinner, you will be returned to Jaisalmer by 10 PM.

Children aged 7 and over are charged full price and can ride their own camel at their guardian’s discretion. There is no charge for children under the age of 4. We do not recommend overnight safaris for very young children, but are happy to recommend our half day tour. For safety reasons, children under the age of 4 will not be permitted to ride camels, even when accompanied by an adult, as both parties need to be capable of holding on to the saddle horn/ropes for the duration of the ride. They must remain in the jeep and be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times.
